Event Rules: ** Juan de Fuca is a facility that we hope to use for cross in the future. It has been a while since they have hosted an official cyclocross event. We have been given very generous access to the park’s terrain and facilities for this event. All competitors should treat this venue with extreme care. If we can show that we have a responsible group who takes care of the facility, we can expect to be invited back with the potential to greatly increase the amount of terrain used for the course. Think of this as a trial run. If you want to see Turkey Cross again, please be excellent ambassadors for the sport at all times.

1) Good sportsmanship and fair play are our number one rules!
2) These races are designed to be fun “club” level events. This is not to say that they will not be challenging or competitive BUT we are not as serious as some other events out there.
3) Riders must posses a current club license or CCA/CBC license and present it at registration in order to participate.
4) All events are open to any type of bike: road, mountain or cross. A cross bike should be your first choice followed by a mountain bike….road bikes will not enjoy our courses…
5) Call up at all events is RANDOM to give everyone an equal chance of getting the front line and also making it so you don’t have to go to the line so early.
6) All riders will finish on the same lap following the leader finishing the race.
7) Other than these specific rules regular cross rules and common sense will dictate everything else.
8) The race organizer and or official have the final say in everything!
